Sujeeta Mathema is a seasoned expert in Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), and Monitoring & Evaluation (MnE). Armed with a master’s degree in social science, she boasts over 30 years of profound experience in development work. Sujeeta stands tall as a catalyst for change, firmly rooted in the belief that transformative change begins with self. Currently serving as the Executive Director of ActionAid International Nepal, she had also contributed as the steering committee member for the Association of International Non-Government Organizations in Nepal. Her approach, deeply entrenched in feminist theory and grassroots community engagement, underscores the importance of a human rights-based development framework. Some key competencies: 1.
