I am a passionate development practitioner and advocate, who aspires to inspire, motivate and lead by example.

With my experience in development field for more than 20 years, I have developed my professional expertise towards organizational management, change management, quality programming, donor acquisition, partnership management and government coordination and liaison. To me, development should be holistic, integrated and multi-layered, and multi- stakeholder oriented in order to be able to achieve intended higher level result. As such, I have fought for women’s right at work place, designed and implemented projects on children and maternal health, ran for Bagmati and Shiva puri clean up campaign, rallied on women’s day, and dared to take challenges that came my way. I believe in team dreaming, putting actions to realizing the dream, and continue dreaming bigger for a better tomorrow.
