I am a policy analyst and program expert, possessing over two decades of voluntary and professional experience in inclusive governance, sustainable development, and post-conflict/disaster reconstruction. I work closely with leaders, organizations, and communities to develop strategic, impactful, and equitable ways to develop multi-sectoral partnerships and support change for the common good. A firm believer in partnership, collaboration, deep listening, and political economy as tools for systemic change, I, at present, lead dZi Foundation Nepal Country Office to deliver high-quality results in complex operational environments. Married to an amazingly smart woman, I am blessed with two lovely children. As a lifelong learner, my studies, work, and travels have taken me to 20 countries around the globe. Given the prolonged transition, I see that there are multiple opportunities in Nepal for international NGOs to utilize to our benefit and contribute to helping this country. And this is only possible if we act collaboratively. To advance this goal, I have been working with some of the sharpest minds in the AIN network by coordinating the Policy & Governance (P&G) Working Group. With a seat in the AIN’s Steering Committee, my only goal is to strengthen the collective bargaining of the INGOs in Nepal. |
